The HVF Method Circle is a private community primarily focused on technical analysis using the HVF Method. This incorporates geopolitical analysis to formulate an accurate view of the world for the purpose of technical analysis. The community attracts liberty-focused individuals who feel disenfranchised by, and have a heavy skepticism towards, mainstream political processes. Social discussion areas are provided where members can express, diverse and potentially provocative views, in a non-censored environment. The community explicitly distances itself from accusations of “isms” (e.g., racism, nationalism) to foster open dialogue. Members who choose to engage in the social areas are encouraged to do so respectfully but must be emotionally resilient and comfortable with potentially emotive or controversial topics, including critiques of historical colonialism, current immigration policies, or speculative discussions about global economic control.

We advise against engaging in these areas and even to reconsider joining the community for those who are highly sensitive, prone to emotional outbursts, or prefer heavily moderated spaces. Social spaces provided are not moderated and The HVF Method does not censor posts nor take responsibility for members’ expressions. By joining, members agree to tolerate diverse and sometimes challenging viewpoints, engage in respectful discourse, and recognize that the community’s stance does not necessarily reflect the company’s views but prioritizes individual freedom of expression. For those who prefer to steer clear of more controversial discussions, we recommend engaging primarily in the charting and technical analysis-focused areas of the platform, which remain the central pillar of our mission.

Other parties

You accept that, The HVF Method has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against The HVF Method’s officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website.

Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect The HVF Method’s officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and sub-contractors as well as The HVF Method.

Unenforceable provisions

If any provision of this website disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.

Refund Policy

For the first time interaction and purchase with The HVF Method we provide a 100% guarantee for a full 14 days for a full 100% return of all funds if you feel the program is unsuitable. No reasons are required.

Refund conditions: Within 14 days of any Program no more than 50% of HVF Method Revealed course have been completed and no other course material have been consumed. If more than 50% of HVF Method: Revealed or other Course material has been consumed during the 14 days the member is not eligible for a full refund.

If the enrollee has taken a consultation for our Reset Ready product or a consultation with Francis Hunt within the first 14 days of any program, the full list price of the consultations will be deducted from any refund. The full list price of a Reset Ready consultation is $997. The full list price of a consultation with Francis Hunt is $2,950. This also applies to any promotional offers linked to any of our programs.

However, if you are an already existing client and you upgrade to any other programs as a member, the 14 days were deemed to have applied with your first purchase with us.

In terms of all upgrades: everything is done at our standing list-prices. Occasionally, short time frame discounts may apply. These are not our list prices, they are unique special opportunities for a specific time period  and are incentives for clear decisions. Any incentive given for prompt action is not a list price. Any subsequent upgrades are always taken at our list price.

When you book a virtual call, your consultant will confirm the list prices of all programs. These are subject to change in a dynamic environment where our deliverables are continually being enhanced and varied according to market conditions.

Indemnity

You undertake to keep The HVF Method indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by The HVF Method to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of The HVF Method’s legal advisers) incurred or suffered by The HVF Method arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to The HVF Method other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, The HVF Method may take such action as The HVF Method deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Breaches of “Code of Conduct”

In the event of a breach of our „Code of Conduct“ and the resulting removal from our Programs all rights and memberships as listed in our Programs are forfeited. There are no refunds for any residual time outstanding in a Program. No negotiations are entered into by The HVF Method S.A. with regards to a breach of our „Code of Conduct“.

Variation

The HVF Method may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

 

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The HVF Method in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
